Donation Policy

1. Charitable Purpose
All donations made through EcclesiaArtCulture.org support the religious, charitable, educational, artistic, and cultural mission of EAC Global™.
Contributions may be used wherever ministry leadership determines they are most needed unless expressly designated for a specific approved project.
2. Tax Information
EAC Global is organized as a faith-based religious ministry under Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code. The legal name and EIN are: Ecclesia Of Art & Culture

Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding the deductibility of contributions under applicable law.
3. Donation Receipts
Electronic receipts are normally issued automatically after successful processing.
Additional documentation may be requested by contacting the ministry.
4. Refund Policy
Because donations are voluntary charitable gifts made to advance the ministry’s exempt purposes, donations are generally non-refundable.
However, EAC Global may, in its sole discretion, issue refunds in circumstances such as:
- Duplicate transactions
- Processing errors
- Unauthorized payment activity verified by the payment processor
- Clerical errors
Refund requests should be submitted within thirty (30) days of the donation date.
5. Restricted Donations
Where the ministry accepts restricted gifts, every reasonable effort will be made to honor donor intent.
If a restricted purpose becomes impossible, impractical, unlawful, or inconsistent with the ministry’s mission, EAC Global reserves the right to redirect the gift to the closest substantially similar charitable purpose.
6. Donor Privacy
We do not sell donor information.
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Fraud Prevention
For the protection of donors and the ministry, donations may be delayed, verified, or declined if fraudulent activity is suspected.
